Technical Recruiter, Trainer, and Manager skilled in providing clients with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing solutions on the global market. As a former Talent Sourcing Manager, I have experience setting metrics and KPIs for Recruiters and Sourcers from scratch and building a sourcing function.
